Work experience: IT Department of the BHF-Bank Frankfurt, working as a student with teaching tasks at the Department for Environmental Engineering of the Technische Universität Berlin, Energiebüro Fütterer Ruppmann GbR Berlin, 20sec.net GmbH Berlin, Freelancing as author of studies dealing with national energy markets and IT Developer. Longterm engagement as Net- and Media worker, Co-Initiator of the Open Data Network which enables free access to public data, transparency in politics, management and more participation.
Why myclimate? “Climate change is a challenge which we can only handle if we can reach sustainable change within our thinking patterns and actions. In a society, which is increasingly affected by the extremely fast development in the information and communication technologies, you need to use these technologies and tools to create a change in people’s awareness and behaviour. To me, myclimate is a workshop where tools-of-change are already being created today."
