Work experience: 10 years fieldexperience in sustainable development in Latinamerica. Expertise in project design, implementation and evaluation, applied research, extension and training, organisational development and intercultural communication. Research associate in the climate field at Helvetas, Consultant for many different development organisations (Intercooperation, GTZ, Norad, IDB, etc.)
