The impact of the YES is truly global. After the YES, participants return home new skills and knowledge and the motivation to be a change agent. 38% of the more than 1400 YES alumni worldwide have established programs and organizations dealing with sustainable development, climate change, agriculture, community services, and education. 43% of the YES alumni are in leadership positions today.
