Even though Christmas still seems far away to many people, myclimate is already presenting its “Climate Protection as a Gift” programme. These special gifts are primarily aimed at companies and institutions but may also serve as inspiration for individuals.
myclimate has kicked things off and surprised its customers and friends with an early but special item of Christmas post. In their name, myclimate is supporting farming families in Nicaragua in reforesting their land in a sustainable manner. An entire forest with several thousand trees will be planted. In just ten years, these trees will hold more than 500 tonnes of CO₂. Seedlings are already being planted.
With their early Christmas post, the myclimate partners also received a card expressing personal thanks from a farmer from San Juan de Limay. This card was printed specially in Nicaragua – climate-neutrally, of course.
