During the Energy Efficiency at Brick Producers“ project, will be presented. This project aims to install fans in existing kilns and new efficient kilns in the artisanal brick-producing sector of Peru and Ecuador. Because less fuel wood is used to generate the same amount of energy, CO₂ emissions will be reduced. In addition, this project will help reduce deforestation and air pollution, transfer new and improved technology and improve the quality of life of the brick producers.
