Around the world in 80 days – with zero CO₂ emissions

Several teams in electric vehicles are currently attempting to duplicate what Jules Verne's hero did some 150 years ago. Known as the <link www.zero-race.com/en/route/ - external-link-new-window>"Zero Emissions Race"</link>, and starting in Switzerland, they have been on the road since 15 August with plans to travel around the world in 80 days and become ambassadors for electric mobility. The initiator of this project is Louis Palmer from Lucerne who has already made headlines around the world with his solar taxi. In addition to Switzerland, the teams taking part come from Australia, South Korea and Germany. myclimate is partnering this project and is compensation the emissions of the support vehicles.
