<link http: www.efort.org external-link-new-window>EFORT, an umbrella organisation linking Europe‘s national orthopaedic associations, has entered into a <link http: www.efort.org copenhagen2011 environmental_all.aspx external-link-new-window>partnership with myclimate for protecting the planet. The <link http: www.efort.org copenhagen2011 external-link-new-window>annual EFORT Congress is an event that prompts over 7,000 people to fly to a single venue within Europe. EFORT takes the associated emissions seriously and makes a donation of CHF 1 for every registered participant at the next Congress in June 2011 in Copenhagen. The amount will be invested by myclimate in the Biomass briquettes and efficient cookers project in Uttarakhand, India.
