Online portals have become an integral part of everyday life. They help with purchasing decisions, job searches, booking travel, and even with questions relating to climate protection. The ‘Germany’s Best Online Portals’ award, presented annually by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) in collaboration with the news channel n-tv, highlights which providers are particularly impressive.
myclimate is among this year’s award winners: the organisation received an award in the ‘Environmental and Climate Protection Portals’ category.
The award is based on a representative consumer survey of the general public conducted via an online panel. A total of 45,515 customer responses were included in the evaluation. A total of 605 portals were assessed across 70 categories. 587 companies that achieved a minimum number of votes were included in the individual evaluation.
Customer satisfaction was measured in the areas of product range and service, customer service, and website and app. Additional questions were asked about users' willingness to recommend the service to others.
For myclimate, the award is a confirmation of its approach to communicating climate protection in an accessible, understandable and impact-oriented way. We focus on transparency and practical solutions for companies on the path to net-zero, as well as for individuals who wish to reduce their carbon footprint or support climate protection projects.
